Update CI/CD Tests

Ghost User requested to merge ci-cd into report_generation

Update ci/cd tests and bugs into report-generation branch. The report-generation branch is currently the most up-to-date in terms of functionality of running the software. The ci-cd branch has a few updates in terms of test cases and other small bug fixes that need to be incorporated into report-generation.
