WIP: Testing/metamorphic tests

Ghost User requested to merge testing/metamorphic-tests into develop/nextflow

The testing/metamorphic-tests branch will contain all of the metamorphic test cases for MetaCompass.

Additionally we will have a separate branch for implementing tests for each piece of the software, broken down into:

  1. End-to-End
  2. Reference-Selection
  3. Reference-Culling
  4. Ref-Guided-Assembly
