jooq-codegen into jooq-integration

Brings code generation to the rest-entities module:

  • Generates based off of schema
  • Generates on each CI run
  • Use java time types
  • Use enum types for status fields (Bag, Repair, Replication, BagDistribution)

Supersedes !68 for #129
