Investigate possible overflow when allocating storage
When restarting the replication service, it may be possible for allocations to go over the capacity of a storage space. This might happen when multiple replications restart but are not accounted for when updating the usable space. The tricky part about this is determining how much space they still need to have allocated which we could compute by walking the files and taking the difference from the size of the StorageOperation.
