Remove the hybridicity from the qiskit mapper and add depth qiskit

We found that the hybrid variant of qiskit with extension size mapper probably is not performing better than just qiskit with permuter. Our simulation results support this hypothesis. We also add a depth qiskit mapper to see how well it performs for depth metrics.
