Resolve "Additional Collection States"

Includes...

  • Additional interrupted state for collections
  • Additional log events to differentiate at a glance
  • Sets items not audited as invalid
  • Enum for holding collection states + converter to keep db access the same
  • Warning shown in ACE when collection has interrupted state
