Expert User Feedback Sprint

This sprint will aim to fix all issues related to the minimum viable product (MVP). This involves the current processes in MetaCompass:

reference_selection
reference_culling
reference_assembly
Select steps of report_generation

We will use a cycle of "Expert-User-Feedback <--> Bug-Fixing" and perform this internally first, then externally. The tasks involved will be listed below.
