Updates for the Replication Service to reach 3.0

• Parallelization settings
  • Adds configuration for the number of file transfers to attempt at once
• Rsync profiles
  • Allow different methods of rsyncing to be executed
  • For now, traditional (current), and files_from
  • Files from will pass a file along to rsync to determine what will be transferred
  • Needs to include cleanup of resources on a successful rsync
• Fetch file listing for updated rsync profile
