Audit Manager Updates

• Support pagination when browsing collections
• Add ability to search groups and collections from the status servlet
• Display the collection and group in the browse servlet
• Remove deadlock in AuditThread when an audit is shutting down/loses connection to the IMS

IMS Updates

• Bring the PublishJob up to date for Glassfish 4 so witness values can be published again
